With a Florida real estate license since 1986, I bring decades of diverse experience to every transaction. My career began in downtown Miami with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services and Lincoln Property Company, a high-rise office developer. This foundation led to a 30-year collaboration with Garrett Construction Corporation, a Florida State Certified General Contractor. There, I provided expertise in forensic accounting, research and development, permitting, design, photography, marketing, and website management—gaining a comprehensive, multi-dimensional understanding of the real estate and development process.
Together, we built a wide range of South Florida properties including offices, restaurants, retail centers, warehouses, custom homes and all things equestrian. Our specialty in equestrian facilities—such as stables, dressage arenas, and riding rings—allowed me to merge my professional skills with personal passions.
Since relocating to Palm Beach County’s western communities in 1997, I’ve continued to serve clients with a unique blend of experience as a realtor, contractor, equestrian, avid boater and fisherwoman, PADI-certified diver, musician, Harley-Davidson enthusiast, and gardener. This lifestyle insight enables me to connect deeply with clients and understand their distinct needs.
